MAJOR DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE VERY RICH AND THE WORKING POOR

This article I dedicate to my pre-school students who are now young adults.

The very rich do one thing more often than anyone else in the world. They invest in that which will provide a return. Let me say this again. You can always find future millionaires investing, no matter how small the investment, in that which will provide a return.

It doesn’t matter if the investment is in themselves, in the form of professional training, college education, or advance learning in a particular industry, it’s still an investment. If life didn’t present you with the opportunity to go to college and secure a career in a high paying field, it doesn’t matter, small investments repeated over time will yield unbelievable result.

Let’s say you married early, there are two children, two incomes, yet you are limited in your monthly cash flow. No, you may not be able to purchase gold which is around $1800 per ounce at the time of this writing, however, you can afford a $50 or $100 PHP script to start your own web site!

Or perhaps you might want to purchase a Janitorial franchise and if not the entire franchise, an annual contract, which you can contract out to a responsible person to fulfill, or work the contract yourself?

Of course working towards the purchase of your own home would be a likely investment, especially to reap the benefits of the tax loophole which home ownership provides. Not to mention the increase in value of the property (as slow as it may be)

Now, if non of these examples rings your bell, then think about joint real estate investments, or foreign currency investments (careful, day traders loose more money than professional poker players)

It doesn’t matter what you invest in, just as long as you re-invest your profits and build from there. If there are no profits, then, of course, you will need to find another investment, and fast.   Always remember, it's no coincidence that “Job” in the good book and j o b, that you work each day, have the same name! Even if you only accept the good book as a history book, it’s a major history lesson that non of us should forget.

The bottom line is, the major difference between the very rich  and the working poor, is always the same. The very rich invest their money in that which will provide a return, not necessarily, a new BMW or other luxury items. There is no need to re-invent the wheel, do what others before you have done. Just do it your way. Passion for your investments, projects or business ideas, is the best thing since sliced bread. There is no substitute for passion.

Personal Note:  Always carry "patients" with you.  sometimes it may take years for your investment to pay off.  But as long as the investment is growing, just be patient.
